Everybody is stressed, depressed, anxious, upset, frustrated......
Still we do nothing about it.
What are the things which can be changed in our daily lives to lead a healthy life :
Have a Healthy Diet
Sleep on time, Wake up on Time.
Freshen up once you rise out of your cozy bed
Avoid having bed-tea / coffee.
Stretch yourself (ever seen the cat do it..??)
Helps your muscles and improves the blood circulation
If possible have a morning walk / yoga / aerobics or some form of exercise like cycling, skipping, jogging, etc.
Recent health studies have proven that even a mere 15 minutes of regular exercise increases the life-span significantly and reduces the incidence of non-communicable diseases like hyper-tension, diabetes, high-cholesterol and cancer.
In the morning -- have black tea or soaked methi seeds (fenugreek) with two glasses of warm water
Methi is very good for digestion, reducing blood sugar and cholesterol.
Listen to pleasant music
Have a good breakfast
Leave early to office
So that the road-rage you face in peak-hours does not increase your BP unnecessarily
Listen to the music you love when you travel to your work / college
